Scott Graham’s professional background gave him the opportunity to work directly inside Wake County and surrounding schools for many years as a D.A.R.E Officer. Being present in classrooms, hallways, and school events provided insight into the real experiences of students, teachers, and families.
Through that work, Scott saw:
- The importance of safe and supportive learning environments
- The value of strong communication between families and schools
- The long-term impact of prevention, guidance, and consistency
- The dedication of educators and staff working to support every student
